Historically Tough Country has sent invoices on the 15^th of the month,  for the services in the upcoming month.  We are changing this process,  and will be sending invoices on the 1^st of each month.  The March invoices will be sent out March 1^st,  and will be due by March 31^st.

This should make it easier for everyone to understand their bill.
